Artekno Eesti OÜ manufactures plastic food packaging for the food industry as standard products and customer-specific solutions. The technology used is thermoforming. Polypropylene is a proven material, particularly for packaging ready-made foods. PP is suitable for hot use and supports efficient production processes.

The selection includes food containers such as dynos, boxes in sizes M4, M6, and M8, which are suitable for salads, meat and fish products, and portioned meals.

PP is an excellent choice for ready meals heated in a microwave oven, as it can be used in a temperature range from approximately –20 °C to +121 °C, depending on the PP grade. Our PP containers for ready meals are available in several standard sizes, colors, and shapes, allowing the packaging to be tailored precisely to the product, its intended use, and the visual identity of the brand.

All our products are suitable for food use and fully recyclable. The packaging meets food industry quality and safety requirements and is suitable for a wide range of applications.

We also offer sealed plastic containers and buckets. Plastic packaging can be sealed and customized with the customer’s own print (IML technology). This way, the packaging supports product safety, usability, and brand recognition.
