Artekno is committed to responsible business. We comply with legislation and ethically acceptable operating methods in all our activities, and we expect the same from all our partners and personnel.

The reporting channel is an anonymous and confidential way to report activities that may violate legislation, official regulations or Artekno’s own guidelines.

Using the reporting channel is easy. Go to the internet address https://app.incy.io/saarioinen-wb/links/whistleblowing and choose Create a new observation. After that, follow the website’s instructions and collect the received identifier (letter-number series), which will allow you to review the processing of your report on the above-mentioned website. All reports will be processed within seven days after submitting.​​​​​​​

The use of the reporting channel is confidential. You can report anonymously or with your own name. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy statement available on the reporting channel website. The reporting channel is maintained by an external partner, the progress of the reporting procedure is encrypted and Artekno’s representatives are not able to access the information of the anonymous reporter.
