Responsibility is not just words, but actions. Artekno complies with the ISO 14001 environmental standard in all its operations. We are developing our internal processes to be even more environmentally friendly, for example by minimizing waste heat and losses and investing in energy efficiency. In collaboration with VTT, material suppliers, universities, and our customers, we innovate and test new environmentally friendly materials and processes. Various fiber packaging solutions are a growing part of our product range. We are also promoting communication and awareness about plastic recycling. Attitudes and information play a major role in the recycling rate of plastic in Finland.

Arteknon began operations in 1953. Over the decades, our company has grown into a major player in industrial equipment manufacturing and solutions for the food and packaging industries. We started out with plastic products, but have grown into a versatile materials expert.
