Electronics protective casting, or ESV

ESV technology provides electronics with the protection they deserve. Direct elastomer molding enables the protection of circuit boards, sensors, transmitters, and other similar electronics directly in the shape of the end product, reducing the need for additional enclosures and components. Alternatively, thanks to its good adhesion, the elastomer can be applied directly onto the enclosed product, providing the desired additional protection for the end product. In addition, ESV technology reduces the need for product assembly, as various inserts are attached to the product during the molding process itself.
