Thanks to three manual painting lines and an automated robotic painting line, we can offer surface treatment for both our own plastic products and those manufactured using other techniques. The finished effect is achieved when all visible parts of the device are coated using the same coating method and the same paints, regardless of the material or manufacturing method of the component. In addition to painting, customers can also have their products stamped with logos or other images if they wish.

Testing

We also manufacture devices for our customers that measure surface height, for example. Typically, these devices and components are related to the protective casting of electronics in terms of manufacturing technology. Arteknolla has facilities built for this type of production, where, in addition to manufacturing, product calibration checks and product functionality reviews with measurement reports can be carried out.

Our packaging department packs the products according to the agreed batch sizes and materials. At the same time, the products undergo a final visual inspection.
