Polyurethane

Our company, which manufactures high-quality polymer products, has been serving a wide range of industries for 70 years.

We are renowned manufacturers and surface finishers of polyurethane products, for whom even the most demanding deliveries pose no problem.

Our philosophy throughout the decades has been to invest in innovative manufacturing methods for plastic products, enabling us to meet the ever-evolving demands of our partners. Our continuous investment in product development is reflected in low production costs for our customers.

Low mold costs, high quality, and proven durability have made our polyurethane products successful. Material management and design play an important role in the success of every project.

Polyurethane products are designed in collaboration with the customer – from mold manufacturing to the finished product.

Thanks to our extensive experience, we are able to offer comprehensive delivery services, from mold manufacturing to the finished product. Our own paint shop enables us to provide surface treatment for even the most diverse products. As the size and quality requirements of the pieces increase, the superiority of our products becomes even more apparent. Close design cooperation with the customer produces functional, appropriate solutions that improve competitiveness.

Our customers mainly consist of equipment and machine manufacturers, companies familiar with thermologistics, food manufacturers, and pharmaceutical and health technology manufacturers who are looking for high-quality products produced at reasonable costs. Domestic production means a lot to our customers. Receiving good customer service at all stages of production is important to our customers who strive for high quality. Safely manufactured products are a trump card in the market.

What are the most common types of polyurethane products we manufacture?

Our polyurethane products are typically manufactured in volumes of hundreds or thousands of units per year. They can be, for example, tall equipment enclosures, armrests, gun stocks, etc. Polyurethane can be used to make hard, semi-soft, or soft products, such as car dashboards or soft shower seats. As a durable material, polyurethane is well suited for the manufacture of complex parts. Very often, the parts we manufacture are post-processed for our customers before final delivery.

Properties of polyurethane

Rigid integral foam:

The sandwich structure provides optimal strength, lightness, and rigidity. Good acoustic properties. Traditional materials such as wood and metal can be incorporated into the product.

Polyurethane elastomers:

Strength, wear resistance, and resistance to gases, oils, and aromatic hydrocarbons, combined with excellent oxygen and ozone resistance, make this an excellent material. The surface patterns of the product can be easily achieved using a mold. Elastomers are also excellent noise and vibration damping materials. Elastomers are also used as protective casting materials for electronics due to their low process heat, which prevents damage to even the most sensitive electronics.

RIM and RRIM:

Their strength properties, heat resistance, and impact resistance enable the manufacture of a wide variety of products. The manufactured products are dimensionally accurate, and surface treatment gives them good UV resistance. The products are typically equipment enclosures used, for example, in health technology devices as well as in vehicle covers that are subject to external stress. RRIM is a polyurethane reinforced with additives (often short fibers or minerals such as wollastonite), which improves the wear resistance of products such as mudguards and other items subject to mechanical wear.

Cold and hard foam:

The most commonly used material in furniture. The open-cell structure allows for the production of soft pieces. Flexibility can be adjusted by changing the mixture ratio. In rigid foam, mechanical properties are changed by altering the density. Both processes are highly controllable to achieve the desired result.

Foil technology method:

The method enables the manufacture of products without the need for subsequent painting or upholstery. Soft or hard plastic film is used as a separate surface material, creating a finished and pleasant-feeling product surface. Typically, the products are vehicle dashboards or similar visual surfaces.
