The reporting channel is an anonymous and confidential way to report activities that may violate legislation, official regulations, or Arteknon’s own operating guidelines.
Using the reporting channel is easy: go to https://app.incy.io/saarioinen-wb/links/whistleblowing and select “Report a new sighting.” Then follow the instructions on the website and save the ID (letter-number sequence) you receive, which you can use later to check the status of your report on the website. All reports will be processed within seven days of submission.
The use of the reporting channel is confidential. You can submit a report anonymously or under your own name. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy. The reporting channel is maintained by an external partner, the reporting process is encrypted, and Arteknon representatives have no way of identifying anonymous reporters.
