The new elastomer-based protective casting technology for electronics is suitable for the mechanical protection of both small and larger electronic devices. This technology can be used to protect devices in such a way that, for example, radio frequency signals pass through the elastomer without significantly reducing the transmission power. The process temperature during manufacturing can be kept so low that even lithium batteries, for example, can be protected against heat, moisture, and vibration. An excellent way to protect sensors, transmitters, antennas, etc.

Polyurethane technology can be used for the efficient manufacture of demanding small and medium-sized plastic parts, whether they are soft, flexible, or hard products. The technology is also well suited to the manufacture of relatively small production runs.

We can use reinforced plastic to manufacture relatively lightweight yet large and durable structures that protect equipment in both summer and winter.

We use injection molding technology for large production batches. The production equipment at Arteknon and its subsidiary Realplast is suitable for small components weighing a few grams to massive products weighing around 10 kg.
