Foil technology

Foil technology makes it possible to manufacture spectacular products without the need for painting or covering afterwards. A separate surface material that is visually appealing and pleasant to the touch is moulded with the polyurethane foam that will be in the background. Either soft or hard plastic film can be used as the surface material.

Typical features of the final product:

• A finished look
• Surfaces that are pleasant to the touch
• Adjustable stiffness, noise reduction and lightness

Typical moulding materials are epoxy and aluminium.
