A new Foamatec EPP moulding machine has been installed at Artekno’s Luopioinen factory. The investment increases our EPP production capacity and enables us to manufacture larger products than before.
EPP, or expanded polypropylene, is a lightweight, durable and versatile material. It offers excellent impact absorption and thermal insulation and withstands repeated use. EPP is used in applications such as transport solutions, technical products and protective structures.
The new machine enables us to manufacture larger EPP products and serve our customers with an even wider range of solutions. The investment also strengthens our ability to develop entirely new products together with our customers.
