Arteknon’s hot plate is also GN-sized and fits, for example, at the bottom of a thermobox or in a cabinet thermos. The hot plate is heated in a water bath or oven to a maximum of +85 degrees. The hot plate helps keep food warm during transport, especially if the food itself is light. The hot plate can also be used for serving hot food inside an EPP serving tray.
